1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice through email. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
- Monthly services can be canceled anytime before renewal.
- One-time projects cannot be canceled once work has started.
- Completed services are non-cancelable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under specific circumstances:
- If the service has not yet started.
- If duplicate payments were made accidentally.
- If Prime Core Advertising is unable to deliver the agreed service.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are subject to approval.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed digital marketing work
- Advertising campaign setup fees
- Search engine optimization (SEO) services already delivered
- Graphic design and branding services after approval
- Third-party advertising spend (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on the original payment method and financial institution.
5. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Prime Core Advertising before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services.
